Articles are a standardized content type in Smart Access. They are rich text documents with ability to add images, video and reference other documents.

Articles can be found by navigating to Content > Articles in the main left navigation. The primary table shows published and draft articles, author(s), and performance metrics.
Articles can be created by selecting Create Article in the upper right corner of your screen and entering the article title in the title text box at the top of the inline editor.
Saving and Publishing
After body text is entered, articles can be saved as drafts or published. Published articles will be immediately displayed in the Universal App according to the configured settings and display rules.
The save button will be reactivated if any changes are made and the article will be in Unpublished status. The article can be moved from Published/Unpublished Edits to Draft, Delete Unpublished Edits of content, and Return the content to the last Published state.
