Preview All Content on Mobile Devices
Goal
The preview option provides an easier way for content creators to preview their content in the portal before it is published. It will mirror the exact look and feel of content to the creators on different mobile devices.
What's new
We've added a new way to preview content while reviewing or editing in the portal. With the new content preview, editors can quickly preview draft or published versions on one or more mobile devices, simultaneously.
Preview an Article in the mobile app
First, save the most recent version of the content you’d like to preview.
Login to Smart Access on the device(s) you’d like to preview the content.
Enter your organization's name.
Enter your “Username” and “Password”.
Return to the portal and click the Preview button and select the device(s) where you’d like to preview the content.
Click the preview button.
In order to have your device available to preview, please have the Smart Access application open and signed in. The preview functionality will continue searching for the device(s) until the preview window is closed.
View a preview of your content on your selected device(s)
The preview will pop up in the app, on the mobile device(s) selected.
To navigate further in the application, please close the preview first.
