Stories are short video and/or images that are sequenced together into a larger process. As opposed to standard video, instructional stories can be used to communicate processes in a step by step fashion and allow the end user to quickly navigate to what matters most to them.

Stories can be created from either the mobile app (with Creator permissions) or in the content management portal, with any final editing and publishing taking place in the portal only.

Instructional Stories, like other content objects in the Smart Access platform, can be provisioned to any physical trigger (NFC or QR code) and placed in areas or on objects for easy access by the frontline, and can be bookmarked, shared to other users within the platform.

Instructional Stories can be referenced in other content like Job Functions, Moments and Checklists.
