The associate profile unifies the native and integrated data related to the associates on your team. In this article, you will learn how to:


Accessing individual associate profiles

The associate profile can be accessed from Your Team in the portal or frontline app or by directly searching for the associate by their full name or username.


Understanding the profile layout

The associate profile unifies the native and integrated data related to the associates on your team and is dynamic based on the action plans or programs that you, your associate, your user group or location may be involved in.

Real-time certifications and skill building progress, historical observations data and prior details and notes can be accessed for each associate.


View and add job functions to an associate

Assigning associates to job functions is a key step in ensuring that associates are skilled, certified and observed to proficiency. Any default action plans or required skill building will begin when the job function is assigned.

Team Leaders can view and update job functions through the Associate Profile in either the portal or frontline app.

Clicking on the job functions displayed on the associate profile in the frontline app will display the context of the job function for that individual associate, including skill building or certifications status.

Status indicators identify if there are required items that have yet to start or if the associate is has completed all required skill building and certifications for the job function.

Skill building or good standing certifications that are part of job functions that the associate is not directly assigned to will be displayed beneath.


Viewing and reporting on skill building and certification status

Skill building and certifications related to the associate can be viewed by navigating to the In Progress, Certified or Skill-building tabs in the portal.

Depending on your organization's implementation of role-based permissions, Team Leaders may also be able to perform additional actions revoke certifications from the associate profile in the portal or frontline app.

Additional details and skill building timeline related can be accessed through the associate profile in the frontline app.


Reviewing observation history, details and notes

Historical observation history and results for an associate be found by navigating to the Observations tab.

Observation trends for the last 120 days can be found on the Overview tab, along with highlights in areas with low process adherence or where skill building is suggested.
