While it is possible for Smart Access products to work with some unsupported browsers, we recommend using the supported browsers below and ensuring they are kept up to date.

We routinely test browsers for the product to work optimally. If we are unable to support functionality due to your browser, you receive an error message that the browser isn't supported.

A minimum screen resolution of 1200 x 800 is needed to render all web elements correctly.
