Smart Access integrates with various single-point solutions to provide context into the performance of the associates working in each job function.

In this article, you will learn how to:

Navigating available performance metrics

Integrated performance data can be viewed within the associate profile in the Performance tab and measures will be displayed for the time frame and range defined by your organization.

Data availability is dependant on the single point integrations and their mapping to Smart Access. Please contact your Smart Access Organization Admin for further details about your specific implementation.

Viewing job function-specific performance data

Single-point integrated data sources are mapped to the Work Area & Job Function schema configured in Smart Access. Aggregate performance data for each mapped job function and the associates working within can be viewed in the Job Functions report.

Understanding aggregated performance metrics

Performance measures and timeframes are defined by the Organization Admin and are dependent on the integrated single-point solution.

The Associate Overview and Performance tabs will display the filtered timeframe and aggregation, and unless otherwise displayed, the time frame will default to the previous week.

Historical performance reporting and additional filtering availability is dependant on your specific implementation. Please contact your Organization Admin for further details.

Performance data refresh schedule and timing

Data refresh schedule for performance data is integration-specific and may be subject to organizational restrictions. Where available, data refresh timestamps are included on reports and views. If you are unsure or have further questions, please contact your Smart Access CSM or your Organization Admin.
